A — Acknowledge: Tell Your Story
The session begins with space for you to share what you are experiencing. This is your time to be heard — whether that is stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma, life transitions, or anything weighing on you. Anna creates a safe, compassionate space where your experience is validated without judgement.
R — Recognise: Psychoeducation
Anna will help you understand why you may be feeling the way you do. Drawing on her clinical background as a Mental Health Nurse and DBT Therapist, she will explain how the nervous system, emotional patterns, and life experiences are connected — giving you clarity and reassurance that what you are experiencing makes sense.
C — Calm: Breathwork Techniques
Using targeted breathwork practices, Anna will guide you through techniques designed to restore calm, deep relaxation, and mental clarity. These practices help regulate the nervous system, ease anxiety, improve sleep, and reconnect you with a sense of inner steadiness and balance.
